Georgia Court of Appeals upholds homeschooling – Chief judge writes outstanding concurring opinion

A recent Georgia Court of Appeals decision overturning a lower court’s restriction of homeschooling gives homeschool freedom advocates reason to cheer.  The Chief Judge on the Court, Stephen Dillard, wrote a concurring opinion that give historic context to the right of parents to direct the education of their children without government interference.
