This online resource database provides information for homeschool parents relative to the Common Core Standards (CCS) – alternately known in some contexts as the Next Generation (NexGen) Standards, or the College, Career and Civic Life Framework (C3) – being implemented in public schools across the country. The lists identify those “homeschool” companies and products that:
–are explicitly aligned with the CCS/NexGen/C3,
–have some sort of coincidental connection to CCS/NexGen/C3,
–are correlated to the CCS/NexGen/C3, or
–have pledged to remain independent of CCS/NexGen/C3.
There is also a list of which standardized test are aligned and those that are not.
The site serves as a “full-disclosure” tool to parents who wish to make educated decisions regarding their curriculum choices.
